Plain English, because that's how we do everything else.
Orders & payment
Orders are confirmed when payment completes via Stripe. Prices include VAT where applicable. Seasonal produce means occasional substitutions in veg boxes — we'll always tell you what's in yours.
Collection & delivery
Fresh produce should be collected within the agreed window. If a delivery fails because nobody's in and we can't reach you, we'll rearrange once for free.
Refunds
Not happy with anything? Email hello@hamarcroft.com within 48 hours and we'll refund or replace it. Statutory rights unaffected.
Allergens
Honey is unsuitable for children under 12 months. Produce is grown and packed on a working croft — wash vegetables before eating.
