Breaking ground on the market garden
The first four beds are dug and the polytunnel frame survived its first gale, which we're taking as a good omen.
Seeds are started: kale, tatties, carrots, salads, and more soft fruit canes than was probably sensible. The plan is simple — grow what does well here, and sell it the week it's picked.
Nothing is for sale yet. This year is for building soil and learning the land. If you want first refusal next spring, join the mailing list and we'll keep you posted.
